Emmerdale and This Morning - 9 Oct 2007

Hello everybody!

Here is some hot news from All Angels' official website.

We can confirm that All Angels will be releasing their 2nd album on November 26th. In addition to holding the very exciting 'Search of an Angel' competition with ClassicFM in the time running up to the album, the girls have confirmed some other amazing appearances. We can exclusively announce that the girls will be appearing and performing on Emmerdale. The show in which they appear will be on the 9th October and they will be appearing on This Morning earlier in the day to talk about appearing on the Dales show! We will shortly be adding a picture of the girls taken on the set of Emmerdale to the gallery section!

All Angels for 'Emmerdale' cameo

Girl band All Angels have agreed to appear in an episode of Emmerdale as themselves and perform at Kelly Windsor (Adele Silva) and Jimmy King's (Nick Miles) wedding.

The classical group, who formed last year, have already sung in front of the Queen and have been nominated for a Classical Brit award.

A source at the soap said: "It’s a fantastic coup and everybody is really excited about it.

“There are a few twists and turns leading up to the big day and people are already wondering whether Kelly and Jimmy actually get to tie the knot.

“But one thing is for sure, All Angels will be there on the big day.”

Filming will begin next week for the show to be aired on October 9.

All Angels on Emmerdale

All Angels will be appearing on the ITV1 show, Emmerdale next Tuesday - 9th October.

The girls will be singing at the hotly anticipated wedding of Jimmy King (Nick Miles) and Kelly Windsor (Adele Silva).

The climax to a huge storyline in the soap, the programme is being compared to the legendary Neighbours episode of Kylie and Jason's marriage.

The girls will be singing in the church during the ceremony, and will be performing their version of 'Songbird'.

Don't forget All Angels have two appearances on ITV 1 tomorrow.

'This Morning' between 10:30am and 11:10am, and 'Emmerdale' from 7:00pm to 8:00pm.

Yep, I've seen it! Actually, from the work PCs as they can't handle fancy graphics, the link to this forum is the only one that you can see, not the one to their official forum..

Our link has been on there for about a year now, we actually asked them to include a link to the main AAI website but they did the forum instead. We aren't complaining! :jester:

I didn't see them at all on This Morning - tell me, someone, if I missed them (I just zoomed through my recordings of the two halves of the show).

There was a 5 minute report on "The Wedding" but no Angels. Oh well... on to "The Wedding" itself... this evening. I wonder if this means that there is some last minute jilting (rendering the heavenly choir unnecessary!). Shall I stick a fiver on at Ladbrokes? :jester:

No they weren't there Dave.

Looks like the Angels are still on this evening (even if there is a fight at the wedding). They just sent me a text message.

A very brief vision of Angels in the church and then voices in the finale when the backing seemed to fit in well with the storyline but it was a shame that they did not get a mention in the credits.

We know who it was girls, our songbirds.

I missed them in Emmerdale! I managed to catch the last 5 minutes so was able to hear them, but missed them singing in the church. Will anyone have recorded it to put on here or youtube? x
