Oh no, this is a really tricky question. I need to think about this and post when I have made up my mind, which may be some time! Graham

This is a very tricky one, hence the reason it has taken me so long to decide.
Sancte Deus, Lift Up Your Voice, Singing You Through and Nothing Compares 2 U are all great tracks but if I had to pick one (i.e. only had about 4 minutes free) I'd probably go with Sancte Deus for emotional content (and because Singing You Through is already well represented in this poll!)
Strangely, Sancte Deus is one song I have yet to hear the girls perform live (other than on TV), so here's looking forward to St Paul's.

Hi James,
Good choice, (Though aren't they all? ;D) Sancte Deus is one of my favourite songs too, I would love to hear the girls sing it live.

Hi all I agree with Shauna, if I could vote for them all then I would! Anyway I have gone with The Scientist. I really like Coldplay and wasn't sure when I saw the album track list what the girl's version of the song would be like, no need to be worried it is magnificent! Graham

Hi Graham,
Good choice.
Not only is Coldplay one of my favorite bands but 'The Scientist' one of my favourite songs.
Had it been any other band covering it I would have been a bit skeptical but I was always looking forward to All Angels version and they didn't disappoint as I think they have done a wonderful job with it.

Hi Dazza I am wondering if you may be a long lost brother of mine! ;D We seem to have some very similar tastes, in music and sport etc I agree that The Scientist is one of Coldplay's best tracks and AA version of it is great. All the best Graham

Ive gone for Singing you through because i love Heather Nova, and the girls version is a million times better than any other ive heard, the power and range in there voices works amazingly well in this track

Hi Spike A very warm welcome to the forum. An excellent choice, it is also my favourite song too, I admit that I have never heard the Heather Nova version, I will have to check it out. Graham, I have noticed that we do have a lot of similar tastes, particularly in music..... unfortunatly though, your a Spurs fan. :exit: ;D Dazza

i think thats why the girls have such a big following and continued success as they actually pull off the crossover thing, and make calssical and contempary songs very popular and unique in there vocal style, and the fact there all really lovely people helps

welcome to AAI spike101!
Yes, they can do their songs well I think some other singers can't, so AA (and Hayley and Celtic Woman) can, which is a nice treat

My number one choice for kicking off a weekend morning, at an appropriate volume. Guaranteed multiple lift-off megatinglefactor frissoning chills. Simply AWESOME!
