Hi Everyone,

I have just booked a ticket for Coventry as I already have the day off and will be passing Coventry on that day anyway.

So that is the Liverpool, York, St Paul's and Coventry concerts I will be attending. That will be it for the tour now though. ;D

Hi Shauna,

Initially I just intended on just going to the concert at Liverpool Cathedral as it is the closest to where I live. I then added St Pauls as it seems there will be a good gathering of AAI and HWI members there and it has always been somewhere I have wanted to visit.

The concerts in York and Coventry just sort of fell into place for me as I will be close by/passing those places on those days anyway.

Edinburgh is too far for me during midweek and I haven't got the holidays spare, and St Edmundsbury was a no no from the start as I already have a ticket to see Hayley Westenra in Buxton that day.

So, I'll have to make do with just the four! ;D

I certainly hope not! They will have to get used to me. ;D

I just hope the girls (as well as others) don't get the wrong idea and think I am obsessed or something. I just love their music and listening to them sing and seeing them perform live concerts have been some of the best and enjoyable experiences I have had.

February 20, 2008 - Press Dispensary - Purple Dragon Productions ( pdplive.com ) announces the release of tickets for the All Angels 2008 UK tour, taking in some of the most magnificent cathedrals of Britain.

The spectacular series of concerts will see the All Angels performing in, among others, the Gothic splendour of York Minster, the modern masterpiece that is Liverpool’s Metropolitan Cathedral, with its beautiful interior design, and St Paul’s Cathedral, with its world-famous Dome – an iconic feature of the London skyline. Their voices will ring out in sublime purity, leaving memories to last a lifetime.

Part of the proceeds are being donated to the Army Benevolent Fund ( www.armybenfund.org ) and Brainstrust ( www.brainstrust.org.uk ), a UK charity setup to help people with brain tumours. It is a proactive charity addressing the lack of a UK wide strategy for brain tumour treatment and research.

All Angels are Melanie Nakhla, Charlotte Ritchie, Laura Wright and Daisy Chute. Their debut album, All Angels, was released in autumn 2007 and nominated for Album of the Year at the Classical Brits, where they performed. Watched by 10 million viewers, they sang in front of the Queen during the Festival of Remembrance at the Royal Albert Hall. They've shared stages with Russell Watson and Katherine Jenkins, and have unleashed their collective lung power in support of the England rugby team at several crucial international matches. Their first album was the UK's fastest selling debut for a classical act and won them a platinum disc.

That is a fine ad and doesn't the picture of the girls look nice in the gilt frame? It looks as though we will have to get used to calling them "The All Angels". That makes us TAAI!
