Hello everybody! According to All Angels' official site, the girls are due to make an appearance on BBC1 TV's 'What the World Needs Now' next Sunday, 3rd December 2006, between 10am and 11am. Here is some information from the BBC's website:- Richard

This programme is currently being quoted by Digiguide as follows: Who knows which is correct? Grrrr!!!! I modified the thread title to reflect the uncertainty...

Well, if its the 3rd I've missed it twice: once because I didn't know about it until this Monday morning and would have missed it had I known as I was away.
If it's the 17th I shall be travelling too, so will miss it again!
Is someone (Dave?!) going to record it?

I watched today's programme just in case but All Angels did not appear (but Hayley did!). At the end of the programme, they showed a preview of next week's episode and All Angels WILL appear on that. From the brief clip we saw, it looks as though it could be an absolute gem.
Set that video, Dave!

Now we know that All Angels appeared on today's programme, I have modified the title of this thread.
It was just over three months ago that we first heard a brief sample of All Angels singing 'Songbird'. That clip led us to set up All Angels International because we believed they were a group who would be worth supporting. As far as I'm concerned, their performance on 'What The World Needs Now' justifies our decision.
They sang 'Salve Regina' which I hope Dave will be able to make available soon because I think it is the best thing they have ever done.
Watch this space!
Roger

Hi Roger,
Well I tried but my Sky+ is seriously playing up at the moment and I daren't use fast-forward to try and find it in case I lose the recording totally (this can happen). How far into the programme is it Roger?
My backup recording on DVD recorder failed to record at all. This is most likely because the kids were up before me this morning... and when that happens, anything can happen (and often does).
So anyone who has this recording, hang onto it - we may need you!
Not so cheery,
Dave

Hi Dave,
I have it on VHS tape in case of emergency but getting it to you by snail mail in the run-up to Christmas will delay it by many days. In fact, for reasons you know about, I may not even be able to get into town to post it until after Christmas.
Forget what I said in the email. All Angels were introduced 38 minutes into the programme.

Thanks Roger and phew! I got lucky. The Sky Digital recording held up at normal quality until 2 minutes AFTER All Angels finished! So here they are with an absolutely gorgeous performance of Salve Regina (what Roger said!) from What The World Needs Now on BBC 1 TV DVD Quality (3m 54s, 1.2Mbps, 31.5MB) VHS Quality (3m 54s, 400Kbps, 11.4MB) Dial-up (3m 54s, 120Kbps, 3.6MB) Cheers, Dave

Yay! Thanks for the video, Dave. I couldn't resist taking a few screen shots to tempt everyone to watch this truly lovely performance... Roger Hi Roger, The videos were made in 16:9 widescreen ratio like this: so I assume that didn't work on your PC? Did that happen for anyone else? Cheers, Dave

Hi Dave, Yes is played correctly for me in widescreen format. It seems the images were converted (squashed!) automatically by my Power Cinema software at the time the screenshots were taken. Such things should not be allowed to appear on the forum. Somebody call an adminstrator! Roger
