Since I'm too lazy to do a Google search and find out for myself... I'll ask all of you smart people!
Would this by any chance be the Karl Jenkins Ave Verum? If so... I love that song! Totally gorgeous...
If it's Mozart or some other version... I'm sure that will be lovely, too.

I'm also happy to see that they're doing Sancta Maria... another gorgeous tune.

Regreattably, I don't think we yet know which version of 'Ave Verum' to expect. At this stage, we have merely seen the track listing and are awaiting further details. We will let you know as soon as we find out.

That theme tune is Ave Verum Corpus by Geoffrey Burgon and, as Wikipedia told me he won an award for it:

1981 - Ivor Novello Award for score to Granada television series [[Brideshead Revisited]].
