Hi Chantelle... I really love your "Just Life" clip. ;D Frank's version was just playing on the radio. Then I played your clip soon after...wow! Oh, what a wonderful "Duet" partner you would've made! In fact, your website is just wonderful...it even has a forum! Hope college is going well ! All the best, Joe

Wow-- I think that's the nicest compliment anyone has ever paid me! ;D (Glad you liked my site! College is... mediocre. In fact, sub-par as of last Monday. The tragic details can be found on my blog. lol.)

Hi Chantelle, Thank you for the news and good luck for your Christmas Album. I don't want to worry you but Christmas is getting pretty close. I hope the word "tentative" can soon be removed! 'Treetops Glisten' is a nice title but shouldn't there be a picture of you standing in front of snow-laden aspens or something? Please keep us in touch with further information when you can. Roger

Awww, thanks for the kind words and support, all! Well, I just wanted to give my "newest" download a little plug, here. It's actually from spring 2005; my debut as a "choir solist" with the Golden Belt Vocal Festival, a choir composed of about 75 homeschool students and their familes. I was absolutely floored when our director told me I could have this solo. And I still can't understand how I managed to nail that high b-flat... especially with those two shaky notes right before it! lol Anyway, for what it's worth (at age 15) I'm kinda proud of this recording. I hope you enjoy it! "Great Day" (spiritual, arr. Moses Hogan) www.click-studios.com/GreatDayGBVF.mp3 (2.01 MB) (PS- Roger, your CD left my mailbox on last Tuesday. Mysterious ways of the post office permitting, it should reach you soon!)

Hi Chantelle, Thank you for making the clip available. It is lovely and you were amazing. The b-flat was most impressive! Thanks for confirming the CD shipment. I will let you know when it arrives. I can't wait! Roger

Hi Chantelle,
Sorry it has taken me ages to reply but your CD has arrived and is really lovely. It is a superb memento of your early career which I hope will serve as a springboard to your future success.
The design on the disc is delightful and I like the way you have taken a small part of the lyric of one song as the overall title.
The four songs demonstrate your vocal ability and the track selection is perfect.
Good luck for the future, Chantelle. You deserve the success that is surely coming your way.
Roger

Roger, You're too kind. So... I have to ask... what's your favorite track? =D

Hi Chantelle, Ah, we don't have favorites in the UK, only favourites with a "u" but you didn't ask that so that's me off the hook! Okay then, here is the sensible answer (relatively speaking because you know what I'm like!). I have to chose between two tracks that were familiar to me and two tracks which weren't. There is comfort in the familiar but there is interest in something new. That gives me a problem to chose an outright favo urite. If pressed, I would go for 'In The Bleak Midwinter' because I have admired that for as long as I can remember and your rendition somehow brought new life into it. It was refreshingly soothing yet, at the same time, I detected what I can only describe as a "sparkle" in your voice. But all four were lovely and I hope to hear more in the future. Roger
