I discovered Alize a year or so ago, and was really impressed with the tracks from her CD, "Sweet Sixteen" (she was, you guessed it, just 16 when she recorded it) But today I had access to a high-speed internet connection, so I listened to the songs on her MySpace.
I am officially blown away. Astounded. Awed. Transfixed. Captivated. Jealous!!! (lol)
"The Doll Song" is stunning. I can't believe she's 17! And "Talk About a Child" is chillingly (and meltingly! all at once!) gorgeous.
You've gotta listen to this girl!

Hello Chantelle!

Thanks for posting the links. Alize certainly has an amazing voice for her age, and I particularly liked her rendition of the Laughing Song from Die Fledermaus, 'Mein Herr Marquis'. I'm sure she will have a long and successful singing career.
