Hello everybody!

I made an amazing discovery yesterday. Both branches of HMV in London's Oxford Street have several copies of Daisy's album in their Jazz sections, so I bought one. I'm going to listen to it tomorrow.

I'm pleased you've ordered Daisy's CD. Although I haven't played it yet, I can tell from the clips that I'm going to love it. I'm sure you will too! ;D

Actually Tottenham Court Road is very quiet today, but it's quite busy round the corner in Oxford Street. I won't be online tomorrow, but I should be back around mid-morning on Boxing Day, if I don't overdo the Christmas festivities!

Hi Kris,

I don't know the answer to that but I have not heard any mention of it. I expect that, with the current success of All Angels, she is likely to be devoted to that for the foreseeable future. If she also pursues her solo career, we will be happy to cover it here.

To my eternal surprise, I can answer something!

I have enquired into such a thing myself, and have heard from an Alice Chute - whom I presume to be Miss Daisy's lovely mother - has told me that she is fully occupied with her career with the band and promotion at the moment and has no time, as yet to develop her solo career, but she continues to compose in what little time she has. A good consolation, as I hope to hear some of her work in the long run, though technically I have not heard most of her songs, from a distinct lack of her album!

Well I've just put in an order for the album, so it should arrive in a week or so. But the guy who took the order looked like he was about to fall asleep right there! That's got me a wee bit worried...

Hey everyone thanks for all the useful info. I didnt know that Daisy has an official site either but i just checked it out and its really cool. The pictures on there are lovely.

Anyway, this album looks like its one i should get! i might use my xmas money to get it. who knows, lets wait and see. lol

Does anyone know the best way to get Daisy's album currently. I ordered it from Amazon in April of last year and they still haven't managed to supply it so wanted to find another option if anyone can help ?
