Hi Richard and Roger,
Thanks for getting our tickets Richard whilst we were away, now all we need is for the tube strike to be called off soon! I will be meeting up with Chris W at the DSEI exhibition who is also going to see All Angels, if the tube looks dodgy I might share a cab!
See you all there! I can't wait it seems ages ago that we saw the girls at the Classical Brits!

Hello everybody! I looked in St. James's Church late yesterday afternoon. There are plenty of flyers on the tables in the entrance, so hopefully they will be seen by visitors and people attending the lunchtime recitals. The concert is listed on the notice boards inside and outside the church, but there are no eye-catching posters to be seen anywhere. I still haven't heard any mention of this concert on Classic FM! Hello everybody! I still haven't heard any mention of this concert on Classic FM! Richard Still no mention of the concert on Classic FM but, this has appeared (in Behind the Music): Do You Sing Like An Angel?
The heavenly sound of All Angels, which spans classical, choral, opera and pop, has been an instant hit with popular and classical audiences all over the world.
Their self-titled debut album broke all previous UK records on it's release in November 2006 by becoming the fastest-selling debut album by a classical act in the history of the UK charts.
Now the girls are back in the studio putting together the finishing touches to their second album, due for release this November, and they have asked Classic FM to help them find a fifth 'Angel' to perform at a special All Angels concert to celebrate the album's release.
All Angels originally came together following an huge nationwide search of schools, choirs and music school and Melanie, Laura, Daisy and Charlotte are hoping find an angelic girl (or boy!) with outstanding singing talent and a passion for music to join them.
It doesn't matter if you're 16 or 60 years old. What we're really looking for is someone with fresh talent, unique style and something special to bring to the group.
If you think you would make the perfect Angel, download and complete the application form here and send it in along with an audio or video recording of yourself singing a classical, opera or pop song in the distinctive style of All Angels to searchforanangel@classicfm.com by 1 October 2007.

Hello Dave and everybody! Mark Griffiths and Nick Bailey both mentioned this concert on Classic FM this morning, but they didn't give the exact location. John Brunning will be there to launch the 'Search for an Angel' competition, so I expect All Angels will sing his 'Pie Jesu' this evening. See you there, Richard

Those members of AAI who were lucky enough to find St. Bartholomew's Church this evening, tucked between Smithfield Market and St. Bart's Hospital, were not disappointed at this intimate venue where angelic voices, a string quartet and grand piano gave us reminders of the first album and some delectable samples from the, yet to be released, second album.
No camera police.
Watch this space.
It is Caite's turn for the report.

Hello everyone, What an excellent concert and a lovely evening from start to finish! Whether singing with mics or without, All Angels were very good indeed... there was no need for the mics in such an intimate venue and at times, they dispensed with them. The clarity of their voices without mics has to be heard to be believed (and with mics it was pretty darned good too!). Daisy later explained that the mics are particularly useful when singing the pop songs in their repertoire. Well I shall leave the details for now as I know the other members who attended will have plenty to say soon enough and anyway, it's after 3:30 a.m. Let me whet your appetite for now with a few photos I took... the lighting was low and difficult but I did get a few worthwhile shots without flash... and a couple with flash just after the girls finished for the evening. Note the difference in dress colours between the shots taken with available light (no flash) and the flash photo at the end! Steve and Stuart were so there are plenty more photos to come... mine are just tasters! There may also be a little something to come from Drew but I think I'll leave you in suspense about that one. Cheers, Dave

I can only echo what has been said so far. It was a wonderful concert and the first time that each Angel had been able to showcase their individual talent during a live performance that I attended. The combination has to be heard to be believed. Moments before the concert began, the set list was place on the stage just in front of me which I read upside down! Sing Low Sweet Chariot Barcarolle Sull Aria Pie Jesu (Brunning) In Paradisum Nothing Compares To You Singing You Through INTERVAL Flower Duet Songbird Hosanna Steal Away * Ave Verum Corpus The Sound Of Silence Make Me A Channel Of Your Peace * Sorry, I was unable to read one track but it is possible that Dave may be able to fill in the gap later! More details will surely follow! Roger
