Great pictures Dazza - glad you had enjoyed the concert too. I'm hoping there will be more concerts to come over the summer after this months appearances with Katherine - did you have chance to speak the the girls and find out any news last night?
Cheers
Mark

Hi Dazza,
Thanks for the report and photos, both here and on Katherine's forum. Wish I could have been there too, and got my CD sleeves signed!

Haven't been on here for a while due to a hectic work schedule/ I was at Delamere on Sunday and apart from the 'security' and the post-interval weather it was a great show. I hadn't seen the girls perform since the Coventry Cathedral show so it was great to hear them again live. Here are a couple of snaps from the wet second half so apologies for the poor quality Looking forward to seeing them with Katherine again at Gatcombe very soon

Thanks Keith for the awesome photos. Wow, the girls look absolutely Stunning! Thank you, the camera is quite grainy once you shoot down at 400 or beyond so the images aren't as good as they should be. I just wish the weather had been sunny when they wore the silver dresses as I think they would have really shone. Will see what they wear next weekend and hope I can get my camera in again

Hi Keith,
Thanks for the excellent photographs. I tried to take pictures during the second half but I was too worried about my camera in the rain and they didn't come out well.

Hi Keith, Thanks for the excellent photographs. I tried to take pictures during the second half but I was too worried about my camera in the rain and they didn't come out well. Dazza Must admit my DSLR is not very weatherproof so I tend to avoid using it in any kind of rain (although it has survived the occasional beach shoot which I am sure goes against all advice that Fuji provide). I just decided that, after the hassle of getting the camera into the venue, the good old British weather wasn't going to beat me. Not the best images in the world but hopefully it will be brighter at Gatcombe

Hi Keith, Great photo's - well done! Which DSLR did you use at the concert? Regards Steve Steve Sincere apologies for not replying sooner. My time on the forums has been very restricted recently The images were shot with a Fuji S2. It's seen better days, very out of date now (wasn't exactly cutting edge when I bought it in 2003). The quality at iso 100 is fine but as soon as you start shooting in low light levels, it struggles. If you are shooting concerts, it really needs to have very good lighting on the performers, sadly this is often not the case I recently borrowed a friends EOS50D to shoot a friend in what amounted to not much more than candle light and it coped well with iso 1600. Just shows how much the technology of digital camera equipment has moved on
