Fantastic News Dazza - thats really made my day. I've had tickets booked to see KJ at Bedgebury since the start of the year and to hear All Angels will be there is the icing on the cake!!! I last saw the girls perform at York Minster in March last year and thought they sounded amazing and have been trying to get to see them again ever since - just 11 days to wait now! I might be tempeted to book some more of the concerts that have recently just been announced now - however, having just already booked to see KJ at Haywards Heath in July and Hayley at Hampton in August, I'd better start saving up again!
Cheers
Mark

Hi Mark,
I knew you would be happy about that!
Unfortunatly I am not able to make this one as I am unable to get the Monday off work but I am hoping the girls will continue to support Katherine throughout July too.
I will also be at Katherine's concert in Haywards Heath so i'll see you there!

Only 3 days to go now for this one!!!
The only thing that is worrying me now is the weather - the forecast doesn't look too good for the weekend (I'm certainly taking my waterproofs but I'm sure it will still be fantastic with both All Angels and Katherine performing whatever the weather)
I'll post a report when I get back from my long weekend away on Monday.

WOW!! Just got in from a fabulous evening. I have to say All Angels were the highlight of the evening for me and they put on a great performance. Thankfully, the weather was nowhere near as bad as the forecast predicted.
We arrived at Bedgebury just after half two this afternoon and it was warm sunshine and not many clouds in the sky. As soon as we stepped out of the car, we could hear the Katherine Jenkins already doing her soundcheck - we heard her on and off throughout the whole afternoon so she certainly spent a lot of time preparing for the evening. Soon after 4pm, I noticed people had already started to gather by the entrance, and so I thought it was time to grab my place in the line - so pleased I did because we were treated and got to hear All Angels doing their sound check shortly after!!
The security people started allowing people into the performance area soon after 6pm - unfortunately it started to rain slightly at this point, but fortunately, the clouds had cleared and the sun had appeared agian by the time Katherine came to the stage at 7.30pm. The running order was as follows:
(Katherine Jenkins) Amazing Grace Cinema Paradiso "The Worm Song" Una Voce Poco Fa
(All Angels) Flower Duet Blowing in the Wind Barcarolle
(Katherine Jenkins) Nella Fantasia The Godfather Time to say Goodbye
INTERVAL
Katherine Jenkins) Laudate Dominum Hallelujah Music of the Night
(All Angels) Singing You Through Sound of Silence
(Katherine Jenkins) The Prayer I will Always Love You Nessun Dorma
Katherine and the Orchestra came back and we heard Rule Britannia, Jerusalem and Land of Hope and Glory and then finally We'll meet again.
As you can see we only got one new song from All Angels toinght - although I thought Blowing in the Wind was the best song of the evening. I felt really sorry for Charlotte as she made a mistake with some of her lines at the start (this I guess must be the first time they have sung this live) - however, she soon recovered from the small mishap and they all put in 100%. I also loved the way the sang Sound of Silence - I had heard them sing this at York last year, but I thought they sounded even better than ever tonight -I'm sure they had made some changes since last time.
We got to see some new outfits for girls this year (and 4 for Katherine!). All Angels were in matching pink dresses in the first half (I much prefer the old white ones though) and in the second half they wore long sparkly silver dresses that were very unusual.
There was the added bonus of the girls coming out and doing a signing in the interval.
If you are going to Delamere next week Dazza - you are in for a real treat.
I'm going to have to head off for bed now - but I'm sure I'll never be able to sleep after such a fantastic day!!

Hi Mark, Thanks for your excellent report, it sounds like it was a fantastic evening and I am certainly looking forward to Delamere even more now. I am glad that they are performing Blowin' In The Wind as I am a Bob Dylan fan and was really looking forward to the song and now I know I won't have to wait until the album is released I can't believe Katherine Jenkins has 'The Worm Song' as part of her set list... legendary! Did you get to speak to the girls during the interval? Dazza

Hi Dazza - unfortunately I didn't get to meet the girls. I guess it must have been after 10 or 15 minutes or so the security people stopped anymore people joining the queue. It looked like there were a couple from the All Angels management team that were anxious to get the girls back to the warmth of backstage - understandable so as it was a very cold evening in the end and the girls must have been frozen in those dresses.
The Worm Song from Katherine was very funny and got a laugh from the audience.
