Hi Dazza, Shauna and everyone, I also hope the tickets won't take too long to be sent. There wasn't any option for ticket collection which I usually chooses because I never know whether I'll be in Paris or in Manchester when they decide to send the tickets. Anyway, it's going to be very fun with so many members going. This tour will be particularly interesting for you, Dazza! So many concerts in a short period of time. I suppose that it will be your first Will Martin concerts but your count of All Angels concerts is growing fast! Stephany

Hi Stephany,
I absolutely can't wait for the tour, to be going to four of the dates is just unbelievable, I am really looking forward to it.
It will be the first time I will have seen Will Martin, I have heard a few of his songs (including the preview of his song with All Angels) but I have recently ordered his album (import, not UK) so that I am more familiar with his music for the tour.
You should see the list of concerts that I either have booked or definitely going from now until the beginning of August, it includes 7 All Angels concerts in total (including the unconfirmed one in Buxton next month), I am going to go to every All Angels concert that I can.

I received an email from PDP on Mon 17/12/2007, which by luck I read about noon on the 18th -
I booked my tickets by phone on Tues 18th (not the 17th as PDP quote !) and recieved this confirmation email -
This answers the question of when the tickets will arrive.

Hi Mike,
Thanks for that.
I have just taken a look at each of my e-mail confirmations and it doesn't seem to mention anything about when they will be posted. The title of the e-mails is 'Your ticket purchase is complete and will be posted to you'
It seems strange how it says that 'Your tickets are attached' considering that there were no e-tickets attached to the e-mail confirmation and there wasn't even an option to select e-tickets.
The only option it allowed on each of the four times I booked tickets was 'Post Ticket'
Very strange, I will send them an e-mail.

Hello Dazza, The email I received is very similar to yours. No posting date but a reference to attached tickets Very strange indeed. Incidentally, it looks as though there will be quite a number of VIP ticket holders at this St Pauls concert. Stephany

Hi Stephany,
I had an similar situation with the St James concert tickets - confirmation e-mail said that tickets were ready for collection even though I asked for them to be posted - and they were posted.
I don't think that there will be any problems with the tour tickets and that they will all be posted out mid January as indicated in the e-mail that Mike received.
I have e-mailed them just to make sure, but no reply yet.

Hi everyone, I got the same message as Dazza and Stephany I think. For the St. James concert I didnt have any problems as I went to the box office and bought and recieved the tickets there and then. I wish I could have done that this time as it would put my mind at ease. ;D But I suppose I will just have to wait and see when they come. I hope it is mid-January like Mike's email said! xxx

Hi all, Thank you Dazza for your reassuring message! I obviously can't wait to have my ticket in hands Stephany seems to know more - True. I know two other VIP ticket holders but they are not members of this forum (yet?). Their names are Mary (whom some of us met in Croydon for Hayley's concert) and Chris. They are both going especially for Will Martin but they are also very pleased to see the girls. Stephany

I always get nervous when tickets fail to arrive as soon as I think they should but there is really no need for concern. There are two reasons for the delay of which most members of the public are unaware. 1. The design of tickets for all events must be approved by the promoters. That sometimes takes longer than expected and those tickets may be purchased long before it happens. 2. When tickets agencies are involved, they are allocated a large block of tickets. It is normal practice for them not to issue any until they have all been sold, or about a week prior to the event (whichever is the sooner). At that point, they despach them all at once. There may be other reasons for the delay of which I am unaware. All I can say is, during the last four years I must have bought tickets for over seventy events and I have never had a problem yet. If time is getting short (that is within a day or two of the event), you may like to contact box office or ticket agency just to put your mind at rest but there is probably no need to do it sooner. If the worst comes to the worst and tickets have not arrived on the day, print off the email confirmation (if you have one) and take it with you. Also take any reference number stated on the website at the time of booking or that was given to you over the phone, and ALWAYS take the credit card which you used to make the booking. Take them all to the box office on the night and there shouldn't be a problem. The above are clues that I have picked up over the years and certainly apply to the UK. Things may be done differently elsewhere in the world. Roger
