has anyone else got VIP tickets or is it just me? lol ;D xxx Hi Shauna, Most of us are going for the unallocated premium seats, but I am sure we can all meet up sometime on the day. I suspect that the meet and greet for the VIP tickets will be before the event, if so you can join us after the concert for the possibility of an informal meet and greet, and possibly a picture with the girls Steve

Hi Roger,
Many thanks for the information.
Like you, for years I have been buying tickets either online or over the phone for lots of different events and have never had a single problem.
I am confident that the tickets will be posted out mid January like it states in Mike's e-mail. It is just the confusing information in the confirmation e-mails that is causing me to be concerned a little.

Hello, Roger, thank you very much for the helpful information. So far, I have always asked box offices to held my tickets and I've never had any problems even though I only had my credit card statement as a receipt. I also hope the girls will be available for an after-meeting with their fans. They have a concert in Coventry the following day so hopefully they won't be rushed out to their home (hotels?) to rest right after the concert. I would love to get a picture of me with the girls Oh well, attending their concert is already very big! If I had one request though, it would be not to hear 'Swing Low, Swing Chariot' during their concert Lots of love to you all, Stephany

If I had one request though, it would be not to hear 'Swing Low, Swing Chariot' during their concert That is alright Stephany, I have already asked if they will sing that at Stade de France on 23rd February! It would not be fair on you to 'rub salt into the wound' after that event.

Hi Stephany,
I also hope that it will be possible for us to meet the girls after the concert at St Paul's, especially as there will be quite a few AAI members there too, though it is certainly understandable if it doesn't happen. We will just have to wait and see.

Hi Stephany and Dazza, It would be really cool if we could meet the girls after the concert. I will be at the VIP event beforehand but I wouldnt mind meeting them after too. lol. Especially since in the VIP event I will probably act like a total dork or I'll be really shy. I would need the time after to redeem myself! haha. I shouldnt be as nervous as St. James though so it should be really cool! ;D I finally got a camcorder, so i can take that along. hopefully. ;D and also maybe a digital camera. xxx

Hi Steve,
I don't think I will be taking many pictures during the performance, I enjoyed keeping a record of things during the Birmingham and Huddersfield concerts so I might carry on doing that, even if others are as well, I think it helps me reflect on the performance better afterwards and makes it easier in writing more accurate reports.
For photographs I will see when I am there, I certainly wont do it if nobody else is, and if I do take a couple of photographs I will be discreet, otherwise I will just save my camera for afterwards, if there is an afterwards of course (hopefully!).

I'll definitely take my digital camera to the concert, for the VIP it and afterwards (hopefully! ;D) And if i decide to take the camcorder i will hide it. lol. thanks for the advice Steve. I will probably not take pics during the concert in case the camera police are about and also if its dark, id need the flash, so i wouldnt use it in case i put the girls off! lol. xxx

... and also if its dark, id need the flash, so i wouldnt use it in case i put the girls off! lol. Thanks for your consideration, Shauna. For the benefit of anyone who hasn't attended many concerts, flash is definitely not to be used during the performance. Not only does it put off the artists but it can be very distracting to other members of the audience. Also, unless you are near the front, flash is unlikely to carry anyway. As far as coverage for AAI (and HWI) is concerned, I don't want anyone to feel obligated to take lots of pictures - and that includes our official site photographers. You are there to enjoy the concert just like everyone else. If we have four of five pictures in total from any particular event, that is all we really need. If you are happy to take more, that would be a bonus. Thanks, Roger
