Still no sign of the tickets, I have sent two e-mails but had no reply to either, I plan on giving them a ring this week just to get clarification, but still with a few months to go, I'm not panicking yet.

I called and asked about the tickets today, they told me that they will be posted out at the end of the month and we should receive them sometime in the beginning of February.

I've just received this email from Security Ticket. I guess everyone who purchased tickets should have received it as well. It was time!

Thank you for your purchase of tickets for the All Angels concert. You will have received an email confirmation of your purchase and notification on when tickets will be posted out.

Please accept our sincere apologises for the delay in receiving your tickets, we have spoken to the promoter and received confirmation that they will now be posted out two weeks before the each concert.

Please be assured you will receive your tickets in plenty of time, once again, we apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused
