Hi Shauna, Did you receive an email confirmation when you booked the tickets? If you did, I don't understand why you haven't received the latest one either. Whatever, Stephany's post tells you exactly what it said so you are aware of the situation and I am sure we will keep you in touch with any further developments... if there are any! Roger

Roger Just received this: Dear Mr Wilson, It is with regret that we have to inform you that the All Angels concert at St.Pauls Cathedral has been cancelled, the Promoters of the All Angels concert tour have officially confirmed to us today that they have had to cancel this event. We at secureTicket appreciate that this must be of great disappointment to you and as a gesture of good will we would like to upgrade your tickets to VIP tickets at no extra cost to you to attend one of the remaining concerts at the following locations; York Minster - Saturday 29th March Coventry Cathedral - Friday 4th April St Edmundsbury Cathedral, Bury St Edmunds - Saturday 5th April Alternatively, if you are unable to attend an alternative date or if you would prefer, we will refund the face value of your tickets.

I'm obviously very disappointed at the cancellation.
I've replied to Jim @ secureticket, including the following -
* I supported the St. Paul's concert by purchasing two very expensive VIP tickets * You are making offers ("We at secureTicket appreciate that this must be of great disappointment to you and as a gesture of good will we would like to upgrade your tickets to VIP tickets at no extra cost to you to attend one of the remaining concerts at the following locations") to standard ticket holders of upgrades to VIP tickets * The equivalent offer to me is only some unspecified signed items (presumably flyers, cards, photos etc) which I could have obtained at the VIP reception anyway * Instead of being part of an exclusive VIP party I would now be simply two among a much larger throng - no longer worth the high premium I paid for the tickets * As I live in London (that's why I chose the St. Paul's venue) I would now have the added expense of travelling to Bury St. Edmunds, and the inconvenience of late night travel home or the expense of a hotel.
I would suggest that other VIP tickets holders reply in a similar vein.

Hi Everyone,
I have received the same e-mail from secureticket for the Liverpool and St Pauls concerts.
I have decided to take up the offer of upgrading to a V.I.P for the Coventry concert and have asked for a refund for the other concert.
I presume that if/when new dates are arranged tickets will go on sale again rather than using the same tickets.

Hi I phoned and asked re this....Only premium ticket holders are able to upgrade to VIP's free of charge, the allocation of VIPs has far from sold out at any of the venues, even though it was very small anyway so we will still have a great VIP reception.

This just came in:
Dear Customer,
secureTicket would like to clarify the position with regard to the All Angels concerts. We are only the ticket sellers and are obliged to comply with our clients instructions. Our client is the Tour organiser, Purple Dragon Productions.
Our client has informed us that the three concerts, at Edinburgh, Liverpool and St Paul's Cathedral have been cancelled and are not postponed.
All Angels Management have informed some fans that the concert has been postponed, (but please note that they are the not the organisers of the Tour). However, the clarification from the actual organisers of the Tour is that these three concerts are definitely cancelled.
Although we are personally under no obligation to do so, as a gesture of goodwill to our customers, secureTicket, are offering anyone that has bought tickets a chance to attend another concert and to upgrade their tickets at no additional cost to you, as we appreciate the disappointment.
For those concerned that the VIP reception will no longer be the same, the number of VIP tickets / places will remain the same and as such will not be a larger throng of people, as there are still sufficient tickets and places available.
If you have any further queries or require any further clarification, please email us at <mailto:customersupport@secureTicket.biz>; customersupport@secureTicket.biz or by telephone on 0871 271 5151 and we will do our utmost to assist.
Regards,
Secure Ticket Team
