I still haven't received my refund either, hopefully it will be early next week, can't see it taking much longer at all.

I have emailed SecureTicket enquiring about the lateness of my refund but have received no reply. For whatever reason I believe they are holding back these refunds since as I have indicated before it only takes 48hrs to refund a credit card transaction.

I am pleased to say that following my email chaser yesterday my tickets have now been refunded (less booking fee).

I have received an answer from SecurityTicket. They apologized and said the refund has been processed and should appear on my credit card statement in no time.

Hi Everyone,
Unfortunatly I have still not received my refund. I had an apologetic e-mail back from Secure Ticket yesterday who informed me that the refund has now been processed. It is still not there so I have just sent another e-mail.

Did any person actually receive a gift pack? I had paid for a VIP ticket for St Paul's and accepted transferring to Bury St Edmunds.
I am glad I went to the concert, but feel slightly cheated after no receiving anything as compensation for an extra 1 1/2 hour journey and £15 extra travelling costs.

You are probably best contacting Secure Ticket about it, I can't say for certain but I am sure I over heard somebody say they were giving them out at York. I don't know what is included in them.

Its rather worrying that you have to wait nearly 2 weeks after the performance was scheduled to take place to get money back. The only time I have been in the 'cancellation beyond our control' position myself, I have received the refund before the date of the show Hope your money arrives very soon.

I received an email from James Wright at SecureTicket today apologising for the delay in refunding my tickets but should be processed by Monday. Mmmm, I got my refund last week ! Martin
