I always felt proud to be a part of this board and I am ga Actually, last week my husband bought a used Squire Strat guitar which was available at a very cheap price. In the beginning, I wasn't willing to invest anything to improve it but then I found some sources here but as we never upgrade any guitar that's why we very confused that how we would proceed it.

It would take much investment from our end likewise, you would have to invest $100 to $400 for tuners only. Do you think it is a good idea to upgrade the guitar? By the way, its strings are fine and with the use of new turner maybe the performance would improve but neck and build is not looking good. Have you ever upgrade a guitar like this? If yes then please share your experience.
