Unfortunately, we still have to wait 27 days for its release. Roger Also, it will be great if it is released in Hong Kong. Rebecca(who is also form HK) told me that one of her friends knows Daisy and Daisy told her friend that it will also released in HK. Just like Yuila Townsend's 'Into the West', it is released in HK, but there isn't any promotion. However, I think different company has different policy in CD releasing. Decca may release it in HK and does some promotion too. Anyway, if it isn't released in HK, I may buy it online. I am sure the songs on the album are very beautiful. Raymond

Hi Raymond,
I have also been assured that it will be released in HK but not until early 2007. If we hear a date, we will let you know but it is very possible that you will hear first.
Roger

Hello everyone, I have some great news! All Angels the album is available NOW by digital download from UK sites such www.7digital.co.uk, www.Woolworths.co.uk and www.Tesco.com. It does not yet seem to be available from I-Tunes UK. The physical CD release date is 13 November. Therefore, I now have it! Pretty darned good it is too, this is a very well put together album and I love it already! It's late now so I won't say any more about it for the moment... but I'm sure someone else will before too long! There is a nice touch here at Amazon UK - they have added a video clip featuring short excerpts from several of the tracks from the album - this may be playable from outside the UK as well. And the digital sites I mentioned do of course now have 30 second clips from all the album tracks available - these too may be playable outside the UK though I'd be surprised if you can purchase the album from outside the UK. Cheers and goodnight! Dave PS The album is now available to download from I-Tunes as well!

Hi Dave,
Thanks for that. As our resident charts expert, you would know far more about this than I do but I would question whether the fact that it is available for download now is necessarily a good thing.
The sales needed to ensure it enters the charts in any given week will surely now be spread over a three week period. Also the total sales may be the same, 33% of that total may not be sufficient. That would lead to less airplay which, ultimately, could result in less sales.

I shall be patient and await the proper release on 13 November! ;D Probably... Only Roger a few people will buy both the digital version and the CD. Thank you for the reminder Dave. That is awesome. I think the description found on HMV website is brief and apt: "this is music of sublime beauty which packs a particularly powerful emotional punch."My congratulations go to Charlotte, Daisy, Laura, Melanie, Steve, Ian and the rest of the production team. More words will follow when I have had time to digest the contents. Don't worry girls, the hardcopy was pre-ordered weeks ago. Simon Cowell, beat that.

Hi guys, Drew, I did add "probably" as I suspected knewthat I wouldn't really be able to resist ;D Roger, an album like All Angels usually sells around 2% of its total sales digitally in the week the physical album is released and that is likely to make only a place or two difference to its chart position, if any. Not many will be sold digitally this week because the promo hasn't really started but if you double it for next week and add a bit for this week, even 5% won't necessarily make a difference to its chart position, if it goes into the top 10 where sales are usually well spread out. And some people (like me and you ) will end up with two versions anyway! so All Angels will do very nicely out of it! Let's hope that's how it works out anyway, record companies *should* know what they are doing with digital stuff, by now... well I jolly well hope so! Cheers, Dave

An on-line store I've not heard of before were advertising on TV last night. They are www.CDWOW.comI checked them out and they have All Angels CD at £9.49 with free delivery. That's almost £1 cheaper than Amazon. Useful for those who have not yet got it on order! Grant :exit:
