...And here are some group shots. Hope you enjoy the pictures. I asked Daisy and Charlotte if they had seen the photos from Cadogan Hall and they said they had, and had told friends and family where to find them. I was flattered!

Hi Stuart, I haven't commented much about your photographs as I didn't want to embarrass you too much before you had finished posting but all of them are truly sensational. These must surely be the best set to appear anywhere on the web and they will take some beating. Steve, there's a challenge for you! Many thanks, Stuart, you have the job for life! Roger

Thank you, Roger - It was my pleasure. Your comments make it all worthwhile. I am glad to hear the the Angels appreciate what the site and forum are doing to promote them and serve their fans. It is my privilage to play a small part in that. Stuart

I can't decide if these pictures are so wonderful that they make me wish even more that I had been there... or are so wonderful that they satiate my sorrow at not being there!
On a completely random note... I want the girls' wardrobe. And their hair. lol.

Hi everyone, ... I will merely add for now that I was delighted to meet Grant for the first time, and my thanks go to Stuart who will be posting some brilliant photographs, to Richard for the guided tour of London and to Peter for the banquet on board the floating restaurant on the Thames. But I'll let them tell their stories! Oh and, yes, they did sign my CD! Roger Well, thank you for that last paragraph Roger, however 'ever so slightly' exaggerated! It was a round of drinks and two of the four of us decided they weren't feeling hungry... whether through diplomacy or honesty, who am I to cast aspersions?! Certainly Roger and I enjoyed a superb beef bougninon with our drinks. It was intended as a 'thank you' to Richard for his singular initiative--more about this you will have to find on HW 'NZ Hayley News' thread at (or was) hwi.proboards20.com/index.cgi?action=display&board=Media&thread=1124021755&page=15#1161031485! I'm trying to be a good boy and keep to both threads and sites! Anyhow, Richard and Grant only desired liquid sustenance and the Hayters, to whom I owe similar past hospitality, weren 't there to partake either, which is why I had originally presumed the chair before addled brain became engaged! Just slipped that in Steve and Stuart, to let you know I am aware of past kindnesses received. Both times I think to do with Cadogan Hall! Nonetheless, it was very kind of Roger to say that our company and Richard's walk had done him the world of good and he was feeling really bright and cheerful. That was very gratifying. He deserves a sensation like that! Knowing that, helped us to enjoy it all the more. Right, before we all pat one another's backs into our chests so it looks unclear as to whether or not we are coming or going, or our shape changes so vastly we get confused with four angels... But I digress--as if I wouldn't! Monday was a most interesting experience. It was great to see the four girls again as a close-up and shake hands scenario in which all four kindly signed their special release single for all of us. Thank you for that girls. Thank you Steve for acting as good shepherd and rounding up the flock for us. Some points that Roger kindly left out of his post so someone else could chip in with their six-pennyworth. I liked the white and black theme being displayed in white tops and black (deep indigo I think some of them) jeans. That was a nice formal informality maintaining the theme and image consistency for the press. If it is true Hayley has given them a little pep talk two things they seem to have taken on board: - She must have told them not to take themselves too seriously. They don't. They seem a bunch of happy well-adjusted young women who are out to have some fun and hopefully establish a solid career for themselves while making a little money along the way.
- They believe in taking out time for people and chatting with their fans. On stage for a photo shoot, perhaps having won an award I was unclear as to why, a young schoolboy was at one end of the group and clearly feeling a little diffident as he was unused to such publicity, the Angel (may have been Daisy) next to him unhesitatingly slipped her arm around his waist to reassure him. It was apparent from his expression she also made his day!
Now that reminded me of a Hayley response the last time she was at Huddersfield. At the end of the concert a young man, barely a year or two older than she, came on stage to present the bouquet. He was unclear as to whether he should offer the traditional kiss but decided he was presuming. It was Hayley who lent forward and kissed him fully on the cheek. The redness that rushed to his cheeks as he turned to leave the stage clearly stated that Hayley had just made his whole year for him!
- The third thing (now that shows this is being written ex tempore!) was that they were chivvied several times to leave with their chaperone but resolutely stayed on talking to us.
Girls, you've already got the hang of what is important! YOU are in charge! Hayley ALWAYS is!
I recall last Cadogan Hall, when we first met the All Angels (I'd better stop calling them the 'Four Angels' in case i cause confusion in the CD sales!) Hayley was enthusing with us and Steve Abbott tried to woo her away several times before giving up. We shooed him away saying, 'She's with us!!'. 'I can see that!' he laughed back and left her in our tender care for a little while longer.
So, a most interesting morning. Four All Angels singing beautifully followed by someone who had a most extraordinary gift--he was able to mimic an entire football crowd all on his own without a microphone, which he insisted on using anyway! I had better tread delicately here since four angels seemed enthralled. Whether, however, that was professional politeness or that they too were fans I have no idea and would not dare to ask. I suspect they have a natural proclivity for Hayley diplomacy: they either would not answer the question or would adeptly deflect it. But it was a most interesting contradiction! Then a walk with Richard. For details of that you will have to jump sites as outlines above! Peter S.

From Richard It was a great day yesterday. I met Grant inside HMV just before 11am, so we bagged a position at the front and to the left hand side of the stage. We guessed the front middle would be taken up by all the school children. Just before noon Peter joined us, closely followed by Roger and Stuart, who had managed to obtain a press pass. Perhaps being a head-teacher helped! Good point there Richard. Rather like being a prison guard. You know what the 'blighters' are likely to get up to themselves and there's the old adage in teaching... 'if you would teach it is by your pupils you will be taught'. Stuart obviously knows all the ways round the back-door that squeaks; under the stage; behind the cycle sheds and how to look good when you're way out of line!!!!! Peter S.

Well Hi Everyone. Here I am jumping in with all six feet flailing in the air. I hope All Angels are now realising just what a superb support they have behind them--and we are only at a minor promotional event ! Stuart has mastered his new digital so superbly I'm thinking of bringing out my old 125 box Brownie and black and white Ilford film and going no further! Richard and Roger and one or two others have chipped in superb commentary and generously left out enough to make it worth my while chipping in the odd line ... or two.. or... :snoring:. For now then, 'nough said. Just to say I hope you girls are beginning to feel comfortable with us lot hanging around you! Peter S.
