Natalie Grace was voted out. We won't know the 5th angel until Nov. 12. Before then, three possible angels will be voted out.

P.S.- I've now seen a mini article on Alexandra. I think Soraya or Carly will win, and Elizabeth or Alexandra will be out next. But that doesn't stop me from rooting for Alexandra!!!

Natalie Grace was voted out. According to ClassicFM, one of the finalists, upon investigation, was not eligible to take part in the competition, according to their terms and conditions. Roger

Hi Roger, Thanks for the information. Did they give any other reason other than that? Dazza

Hi Dazza,
No they didn't. They didn't. They didn't even name the disqualified contender but, if you knew the original five, you can work it out by process of elimination. I think Classic FM were being (rightfully) diplomatic in merely stating that someone had been disqualified without making the precise reason publically known.

In due course, details of the four remaining entrants will disappear from the Classic FM site. So that we have a permanent record, here they are: Carly Hopkinson ,18Mansfield, Nottingham "I love performing and thought this would be a fantastic opportunity so I sent in my recording. I have never had stage experience before on such a grand scale so to make it into the final is very exciting ." Alexandra Lawrie, 26 Perranporth, Cornwall "My mum heard about the competition and I didn't know whether to audition or not. But I decided to, found my CD, but couldn't send it in because of the postal strike. However, I just happened to be visiting London so brought it in myself... I never in a million years thought I would hear back." Soraya Mafi, 19Swinton, Manchester "I saw the competition advertised in a newletter and wanted to audition. I love singing and am currently at the Royal Northern College Of Music in my second year so I want to take every possible opportunity to sing." Elizabeth Phillips, 29Prestwich, Greater Manchester "My Mum saw it advertised on Classic FM's website - she loves the station and told me about it. I thought it would be a wonderful opportunity so I sent in my CD and made it to the finals which is absolutely great." The winner will be announced on 12 November. All information and images from ClassicFM.co.ukRoger

Hi Roger,
Thanks, and I agree, it is best not drawing too much attention to it. I just hope that the reason for her elimination wasn't too serious.
Thanks for posting a record of the information too.

Hi Everyone,
There doesn't seem to be any news about this yet, nothing on the All Angels offical or Classic FM websites. The winner was supposed to be announced today. Hopefully we will hear something soon.

Congrats to Alexandra! :applaud: :applaud: Regarding the first eliminated contestant... I don't remember if I read it here on AAI, or at HWI, that someone remarked on her resemblance to a member of Angelis? If that were the case, I suspect that would render her ineligible for the AA competition... Can't blame the girl for trying, though.
