Hi Everyone, I have decided to go along to this. I rang up today only to be told that tickets don't go on sale until 22nd November. Yet they were seemingly on sale in August? Dazza

Hi Everyone,
I have sorted tickets out for this, I am sending a cheque through the post and they are going to send me the tickets.
Even though it is not exactly an All Angels concert as they are special guests I am looking forward to it, I hope that they have quite a bit of involvement. It should be interesting.

Hello All Angels fans, I don't know why I never joined this forum but I knew I would eventually register! A big hello to everyone Most of you already know me from HWI but for those of you who don't, my name is Stephany and I am a 21 year old student of French and Cambodian heritage. I currently live in Manchester, UK. Anyway, let me start with an article about the December 22 Huddersfield concert. Hope it hasn't been posted yet elsewhere! There is a competition to win tickets if you're interested. Stephany

Hi Stephany,
Many thanks for the article, I already have tickets but those ones are certainly worth trying to win.
It was funny when I phoned up to book tickets, I gave the guy on the end my telephone number and he didn't recoginse the area code, when I explained I was from Stoke-on-Trent, he seemed extremely shocked that anybody outside of Huddersfield knew about the concert. ;D

he seemed extremely shocked that anybody outside of Huddersfield knew about the concert. Hi Dazza We get that a lot both here and at HWI! Getting information, the way we do, direct from Bedlam, often means we know about a concert before the venue has had time to tell its own staff! You can have quite a bit of fun with that! Best wishes Grant

Hi Everyone, I have arrived back after spending the night in Huddersfield. The concert was absolutely fantastic and I really enjoyed it. To be honest I was just expecting a load of Christmas songs but it was a good show lasting over two hours with a mixture of Christmas and non Christmas songs and pieces and there was a lot of audience involvement too where we had to join in in the singing of some of the carols. I was especially impressed with the 'Sellers International Youth Band', they were absolutely superb, I really enjoyed listening to them play and it was refreshing to see so many talented youngsters. All Angels were wonderful once again, this was the third time that I had seen them perform, the second in three days and for me they seem to get better each time. Here is the set list... Sound of Silence Barcarolle Silent Night In Paradisum Singing You Through INTERVAL Flower Duet Ding Dong Merrily on High Nothing Compares 2 U The Angel Gabriel Song Bird White Christmas Once again it was 'Singing You Through' which stood out for me but all the songs were fantastic, and they also did their version of 'White Christmas' again which is a bit different but absolutely fantastic and the girls really enjoy performing it. The girls were accompanied by the same string quartet as they were in Birmingham, which I now know as the 'Con Spirito String Quartet', they were once again fantastic. Unfortunatly we weren't allowed to take pictures during the concert but after the show the girls did a signing where I got to meet them once again, we stood back waiting for the crowd to go down so we had more time with them, they recognised me again and I spoke to them a bit more, I also had my picture taken with them as well. Hopefully from now at future concerts I will be able to take many more pictures as I will be having a new and better camera for Christmas. If anybody is interested I can post up the full program of all the carols, songs and pieces performed on the night. When I get time later I will post scans of the program as well as the CD's which I got signed. Dazza I reduced the photograph to fit the maximum forum width of 800 pixels. Hi Dazza,
Many thanks for the report and the picture of you with the girls. You have done AAI proud.
Huddersfield was a little far north for me and it sounds as though I missed another special evening. Maybe next year, I will venture a little further again!

Hi Everybody, Thanks for your comments, and thanks reducing the picture for me Richard. Here are some scans from the programme featuring the girls... Here are the CD's that I had signed.... The special edition of the first album, never mind our confusion, even they were confused by it because they also thought that it was a digital download only and asked where I got it from, Charlotte said that it was the best cover. I also asked Daisy to sign her 'Simply Jazz' album, she said that she has never been asked to sign it before which surprised me a little, but it means that mine is the only signed copy in the world. ;D Now I have every CD signed, I will have to buy them all again. ;D Dazza
